My mission in teaching has always remained the same, I want to create a safe space for my students. Allowing my students to be able to move and even feel comfortable in a safe environment is crucial for learning and growth. I want all of my students to feel supported and uplifted by the end of class. There is a buddhist saying that "comparison is the opposite of happiness".
